Yes, there is a delivery charge starting from Rs.50/order for orders of lesser value.
We will offer Free Delivery for new customers for a min order value of Rs. 200. Orders less than 200 will have Rs. 50 as delivery charge.
Delivery charges would be standard as per the order value. Selected products may have shipment charges additional.
Order upto Rs.500 will have shipment charge of Rs. 50
Order of Rs. 500+ will not carry shipment charge.
What is your return policy?
We do not have return policy but we offer exchange of products.

Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?
- Shipping and delivery charges have been mentioned on product pages. Charges are particular to a product.
- The charges will vary depending on your location, weight and volume of the product.

CANCELLATION RELATED FAQs:
How do I place a cancellation request on Bbag?
- To cancel your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by a call, stating your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- Customer can cancel the order only before the dispatch of the product. Once the shipment mail is sent, the order cannot be cancelled.
- No cancellation in the case of customized products.
How will I get the refund for the order I cancelled or returned?
- Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in.
- In case of online options as a mode of payment, the refund will take 4 to 5 days to reflect in your account.
- In case of Cash on Delivery mode of payment the refund will be credited in your registered bank account. It will take 7-15 days to complete the refund request.
Note: Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.

If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?
If you receive a wrong product or not as described please get in touch with our customer care team and raise a replacement request, and if the product is not customized you can also raise a request for refund.
If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?
Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return/replace it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
- On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
- If you are concerned, don't open the product yourself. Call the customer care for further assistance.
Which items are eligible for replacement or return?
- If the item you have received is defective or damaged.
- If you have received a wrong product or not as described.
What if I have placed an order by mistake?
- If you have ordered an item by mistake and it has been dispatched already, then replacement or refund is not applicable.
- It can be cancelled only before dispatch of products.
How to place a replacement request on Bbag.in?
- Create a replacement request by calling our customer care team within 3 days of delivery.
- Once you have created a replacement request, our team will check and initiate the replacement process. Then you will receive a confirmation call or an e-mail of the estimated delivery date.
Is there any product which is not eligible for replacement/return?
- Customized products are not eligible for replacement/return.
- If the fault is from the side of the customer while placing the order then that product is not eligible for replacement/return.
Do I need to pay the company to send my product back for replacement?
If the reason behind the replacement is the fault of the company then customer need not to pay any charges, but if it is customer's fault behind the replacement or exchange then the customer will have to pay the charges.
