Shipping Policy

· Customer will receive a confirmation call from the company after placing the order only after this call the order will be successfully placed.

· The product will be dispatched on the same day when the order is placed by the customer.

· Shipping charges may vary based on the customer shipping address/city and total order weight.

· We will offer Free Delivery for new customers for a min order value of Rs. 500. Orders less than 500 will have Rs. 63 as delivery charge.

· Delivery charges would be standard as per the order value. Selected products were margin is lesser may have shipment charges additional.

o Order upto Rs.500 charges will be Rs. 63

o Order of Rs. 500+ will be free delivery.

· Extra Rs. 50 will be add on as COD (Cash On Delivery ) chargers if you placed an unpaid order.

· Orders requiring any customization will require additional time.

· The expected date and time of delivery will be communicated to you before the dispatch of your order. Under rare circumstances, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund you the full payment made towards that particular product, at the earliest.

· If the delivery is late or cancelled due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Bbag for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.

Domestic shipping:

· If the shipping address is of Raipur and the order is placed before 4 pm, the product will deliver on the same day.

· Orders received after 4 pm will be processed on the next business day.

· If changes occur within the supply chain, due to peak periods or as a result of COVID-19, we will update you as soon as possible.

· The rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

· In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be charged.

International Shipping:

· We do not offer International Shipping at the moment.

Tracking:

· An E-mail/SMS containing your package tracking information will be sent to you when your shipment has been dispatched. Please mail us at (mail id) in case of any questions.

Cancellation:

· To cancel your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email to (email id) or by a call, stating your Order Number.

· Customer can cancel the order only before the dispatch of the product. Post-dispatch the order will not be cancelled. If customers will not receive confirmation either their order will be delivered in a time line or rejected due to unavailability.

• Orders placed before 4 pm delivery will be done on the same day.

• Orders received after 4 pm will be processed on the next business day.

Raipur (outside delivery zone)

• Orders placed by customers from other locations apart from Raipur will be delivered within 7-10 days.

• If changes occur within the supply chain, due to pandemic such as COVID-19, we will update the status of shipment and delivery as soon as possible.

• The remote or rural domestic addresses will require one or more additional days to deliver.

• Orders that require personal customization will require additional time.

What is the difference between shipping and delivery?
