- Bbag will not entertain any complaints after 3 days, once the order is delivered.
- Bbag will not be responsible for any damage caused by the users while availing the service on Bbag.in.
- Request for cancellation of orders once after dispatch from Bbag.in shall not be entertained.
- The prices and availability of products may change without notice at the sole discretion of Bbag or the seller.
- The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that due to reasons of unavailability or any other market conditions. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment will be refunded and the user will be informed for the same.
- Bbag does not sell products and market it to kids. All products concerned to kids have to be purchased by the parents/adults. Involvement of parent or guardian becomes necessary if you are under eighteen.
- If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user(i.e. wrong or incomplete address or name or the customer is not available) then the extra cost spent by Bbag for re-delivery will be claimed from the user.
- We have made all effort to display the accurate color of the products that are available on the website. However, the actual color you see will also depend on your monitor’s pixel quality, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. Color of the product may vary from the picture that appears on the website.
- Bbag will not be liable for any type of frauds. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to “prove otherwise” shall be exclusively on the use.
- The user agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Bbag.in reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If any user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Bbag has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of Bbag.in without prior intimation whatsoever.
